Jesse Ketonen is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has developed a 360-degree understanding of marketing from various positions, including creative, paid advertising, PR, analytics, marketing science, and leading marketing teams.
Jesse's past work experience includes serving as a multi-market account lead at Omnicom Media Group, head of travel marketing of Finnish Lapland, demanding marketing consulting roles, as well as being the growth & operations lead of a MarTech startup. In addition to his extensive experience in marketing, Jesse Ketonen has also made contributions to the industry through his involvement with IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) as a board member.
Jesse holds a Master's degree in Information and Service Management from Aalto University School of Business, which has helped him develop a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and marketing.
Jesse's dedication and expertise have been recognized through multiple industry awards, demonstrating his ability to deliver results and drive success for his clients.
Currently, Jesse is an entrepreneur and CEO of Shook Digital, a creative management and generative AI startup. Shook (www.shook.digital) is an official TikTok Marketing Partner that aims to help performance advertisers scale and improve their creative operations around short-form video. Jesse is also the co-founder of a marketing agency focusing on the Chinese market (www.waitanagency.com / www.nordicfriend.net). Jesse is also actively engaging as a growth & marketing advisor for several growth-focused businesses.
Passionate about generative AI, marketing science and analytics, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing management, Jesse is looking to develop connections in these spaces globally.
